Return & Refund Policy – Doodle Yourself
At Doodle Yourself, every piece is made just for you—which is what makes it so special!
No Returns
Because each item is personalized, we don’t accept returns or offer refunds once your order has been placed.
But we’ve got you!
Your happiness means everything to us. If something isn’t right, we will absolutely make it right.
Please take a look at your order when it arrives and reach out within 7 days of delivery if:
- Your item arrives damaged
- You received the wrong item
- Something doesn’t look right
Just email us at hello@doodleyourself.com with your order number and a photo, and we’ll take care of you as quickly as possible.
A quick note on personalization
Since your item is custom-made using the photo and details you provide:
- Please double-check your photo before submitting (clear, centered photos work best!)
- Make sure any names, grades, or details are spelled correctly
We’re unable to offer refunds for errors submitted at checkout—but if something feels off, still reach out. We’re always happy to help however we can.
Exchanges
Because every item is made just for you, we don’t offer exchanges. But again—if there’s an issue, we’re here and ready to help.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days.
However, this does not apply to personalized items, as allowed by law.
