At Doodle Yourself, every order is made just for you—so a little extra time goes into creating something truly special!


Processing Time

Because all of our items are personalized, please allow 3–7 business days for us to create your order before it ships.

During busy seasons or large fundraiser events, processing times may be slightly longer—but we’ll always do our best to keep things moving quickly!


Shipping Time

Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if available at checkout)

Please note: Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and the carrier.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.


Delays

While we do everything we can to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers
  • Weather or natural events
  • Incorrect shipping addresses
  • High-volume periods (holidays, promotions, fundraisers)

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

If an incorrect address is provided and your package is returned to us, you may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend it.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order has been marked as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you experience an issue, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly—but feel free to reach out and we’ll do our best to help guide you.
